  2. The competition commences at 12pm AEST on 19/09/23 and closes at 12pm AEST on 31/12/23. Entries not received by that time will be ineligible to win. A prize draw will take place to determine the winner.
  3. The total prize pool value is $1,150.00 AUD (inclusive of any GST due/payable).
  4. The competition is open to permanent Australian residents, aged 18 years and over, who submit an eligible entry via the online entry form above. Only one entry per person will be accepted in the prize draw.
  5. By submitting an entry to this competition, you agree to subscribe to our monthly email newsletter (which you can unsubscribe from at any time).
  6. Tour Radar and Viator are not sponsors of this competition, and entry implies that you release them from any liability related to the promotion.
  7. The prize must be utilised within 12 months of the date the winner is first notified, is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
  8. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with a discount offer or promo code.
  9. The prize can be put towards the cost of any multi-day tour or experience, of three or more days, offered on or via the Top Oz Tours website (including those made available via affiliate links with Tour Radar and Viator).
  10. The redemption of your prize must be done directly with Top Oz Tours. The prize cannot be redeemed directly with any tour operator.
  11. Employees/contractors and/or immediate family members of Top Oz Tours are not eligible to enter.
  12. The winner will be announced on Top Oz Tours’ Facebook page on 2 January, 2024, and the winner will be notified by email as per the contact details in their entry.
  13. The prize must be redeemed in full at the time of use.
  14. All other costs associated with using the prize remain the winner’s responsibility.
  15. If the cost of the winner’s booking exceeds the value of the prize, the winner must pay the outstanding balance to Top Oz Tours prior to receiving their booking confirmation.
  16. If the cost of the winner’s booking is less than the value of the prize, no credit will be issued.
