- Our Best Price Guarantee extends to all tours and guided experiences promoted on the Top Oz Tours website — including those that appear on our partner sites (Viator and Tour Radar), but excluding third party advertising.
- The tour or experience must be available to be booked on the competitor’s website on the day that you want to take your tour.
- We don’t offer the guarantee where a promotional code has been applied on the competitor’s website at the checkout, or on deal-based websites where you purchase a voucher before making a booking.
- A Best Price Guarantee claim can’t be used in conjunction with another promotional offer.
- You must claim your Best Price Guarantee discount before making your booking. The guarantee does not apply to existing bookings.
