We have an affiliate agreement in place with Viator (a TripAdvisor company), and in some instances you may be automatically directed to their website to make your booking or purchase. In that instance, you will be required to provide your Payment Information directly to Viator and you should refer to their privacy policy for more details about what information they collect and how that information is stored. If you book with us over the telephone or in writing in a letter, email or online form, we will request your Payment Information so that your payment can be processed manually through Stripe. Once your payment has been processed, we will destroy your Payment Information immediately. It is not retained or stored by us in any form.
We use the Order Information that we collect from you to fulfil your booking or purchase on the Site. Additionally, we use your Order Information to communicate with you about your booking or purchase. We use your postcode and home country information only for market research purposes and you are not identifiable in that process. In some jurisdictions (such as the United States of America), your postcode forms part of your Payment Information and may be required in order to process your payment.
We use the Device Information that we collect from you to help us screen for potential risk and fraud, and more generally to improve and optimise your experience on the Site.
